By creating an account, uploading files, or using Luciditi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please do not use our platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be emailed to active users and posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. Businesses must have authority to bind their organization to these Terms.

Account and Security

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Keep your password confidential
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

Your Uploaded Files

Ownership and License

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant Luciditi a limited license to process your files using our AI agents solely to provide the service. We do not use your files to train models or share with third parties.

File Responsibilities

  • You warrant you have rights to upload all files
  • You won't upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted material without permission
  • You won't upload malware, viruses, or files designed to damage our systems

AI Agent Usage

  • Agents provide analysis based on your files; always verify critical information
  • AI responses may contain errors or hallucinations
  • We are not liable for business decisions made from AI outputs
  • Prohibited: Using agents for illegal activities or generating harmful content

Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans billed monthly or annually based on your selection
  • Free trials available; upgrade anytime without interruption
  • No refunds except as required by law
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
  • Cancellation effective at end of current billing period

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Luciditi to:
  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Upload sensitive personal data without proper safeguards
  • Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or access our underlying technology
  • Overload or disrupt our services

Third Party Services

Payments processed via Stripe. File processing may use third-party AI providers under strict contracts. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review our Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

  • You may cancel anytime from account settings
  • We may suspend/terminate accounts violating these Terms
  • Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days
  • Files automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity

Disclaimers

Luciditi is provided "as is" without warranties. AI analysis may contain errors. We don't guarantee 100% accuracy or uninterrupted service. You're responsible for verifying AI outputs before making business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luciditi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability won't exceed amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes resolved in Amsterdam courts. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protection rights.
